Level 2 - Sidequest - Hardliner-Mod

[this is a Sidequest for LYL Level 2  - it should not be approached until Level 1  is completed.]

The Hardliner

Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
                                       ~Francis of Assisi

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed.
                                                                Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident

The Pineal Gland & DMT

The Pineal Gland (Third Eye/Ajna Chakra) & DMT

Cleaning up the pineal gland and activating your third eye is essential for those wishing to develop their psychic ability and multidimensional perception. By awakening your pineal gland, it brings the ability to consciously astral travel, explore other dimensions and foresee the future.

Many believe the abilities that the pineal gland offers come from its ability to naturally produce its own DMT (Dimethyltryptamine, a psychedelic drug) when fully operational. This allows the individual to be in a constant visionary state most of the time, tapping into these extra special senses.

DMT is described as a naturally occurring psychedelic compound that is widespread throughout the plant kingdom. It occurs in trace amounts in mammals, including humans, where it functions as a trace amine neurotransmitter. For more information, please visit Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyltryptamine

DMT is present in the South American shamanic brew called Ayahuasca. These shamans have used this brew for many generations as a way to tap into the spirit world. It is a plant medicine that grows in the Amazon jungle, which brings profound physical and heart healing through its purgative effects and gives the individual ability to perceive other dimensions.  With enough practise and development, your pineal gland will produce this special substance. For those that take this herbal medicine, they go into a period of profound experience where issues and troubles come into awareness, allowing them to be healed with the insights that come from DMT consciousness.

DMT is a totally natural substance that the human body will manufacture and distribute when it is in a healed state. It is a belief between many that human beings were intended to be visionary beings, able to tap into the information in other dimensions allowing it to guide them through this cosmic journey we all call life. It allows us to transcend the ego and realise that we are one consciousness, giving us the opportunity to rapidly heal our sufferings, conflicts and cleanse our karma.

______________________________________________________________________

For more information about DMT, please check out the “DMT: The Spirit Molecule” documentary. The documentary takes a look at the work of Dr.Rick Strassman and goes into detail about how the pineal gland produces its own DMT:

What is the pineal Gland ?

What is the pineal Gland ?

The Pineal Gland is regarded as one of the most important parts of your nervous system. It is shrouded in mystery, but as more and more people investigate it they are realising it is essentially a spiritual antenna, the mystical third eye (Ajna Chakra) that ancient traditions have been talking about.
For many eons, the third eye has been seen as a way to reach higher levels of consciousness
while still being present in a physical body.

This concept of the pineal gland being the “seat of the soul” or the “spiritual gateway to all realms and all dimensions” is important to realising its full function. Before you can reach this spiritual gateway, you must start the practise of both detoxifying your pineal gland and activating your pineal gland, through methods such as changes in diet (see How to decalcify your pineal gland?) and spiritual practices such as meditation and visualisation.

The medical profession describes the pineal gland as being:
a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain that produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence its name), and it is located near the centre of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.”

Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pineal_gland) contains a wealth of information on the Pineal Gland, as a summary the key bits are presented below:

(skip to "[How to decalcify your Pineal Gland]")
______________________________________________________

Pineal Gland Location:
“The pineal gland is a midline structure shaped like a pine cone, and is often seen in plain skull X-rays, as it is often calcified; calcification has been shown in one small study to correlate with the accumulation of fluoride.”
The pine cone shape of the pineal gland is a very interesting topic. Symbolically, many organisations both religious and spiritual, have used the pine cone as an icon. Watch David Wilcock’s video called 2012 Enigma for more information (see below).

Pineal Gland Composition:
“Pineal glands contain a number of things including Pinealocytes in many non-mammalian vertebrates have a strong resemblance to the photoreceptor cells of the eye. Some evolutionary biologists believe that the vertebrate pineal cells share a common evolutionary ancestor with retinal cells. In some vertebrates, exposure to light can set off a chain reaction of enzymatic events within the pineal gland that regulate circadian rhythms. Some early vertebrate fossil skulls have a pineal foramen (opening). This correlates with the physiology of the modern “living fossils,” the lamprey and the tuatara, and some other vertebrates that have a parietal organ or “third eye,” which, in some of them, is photosensitive. The third eye represents evolution’s earlier approach to photoreception. The structures of the third eye in the tuatara are analogous to the cornea, lens and retina, though the latter resembles that of an octopus rather than a vertebrate retina. The asymmetrical whole consists of the “eye” to the left and the pineal sac to the right. ”
This notion of the third eye is scientific fact. The purpose of this third eye is the key here, which opens the door to the metaphysical interpretations that ancient wisdom talks about.

Pineal Gland’s Production of Melatonin:

“Melatonin is N-acetyl-5-methoxy-tryptamine, a derivative of the amino acid tryptophan, which also has other functions in the central nervous system. The production of melatonin by the pineal gland is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light. Photosensitive cells in the retina detect light and directly signal the SCN, entraining its rhythm to the 24-hour cycle in nature.”
Many experts in the meta-physical talk about completing spiritual practices in the dark to help stimulate your pineal gland. See the section “How to activate your pineal gland” for more information.

Pineal Gland Growth:

“The human pineal gland grows in size until about 1–2 years of age, remaining stable thereafter, although its weight increases gradually from puberty onwards. The abundant melatonin levels in children are believed to inhibit sexual development, and pineal tumours have been linked with precocious puberty. When puberty arrives, melatonin production is reduced. Calcification of the pineal gland is typical in adults, and has been observed in children as young as 2. Calcification rates vary widely by country and tend to increase by age, with calcification occurring in an estimated 40% of Americans by their 17th year.”
What is interesting here is why the pineal gland grows up until the age of 1-2 years. Is it caused by our environment and our lifestyle habits? Are our children’s pineal glands being suppressed on purpose? Children are seen as the most spiritual beings as they don’t have any of the fears or concerns of adults when they are born. They are born free and full of unconditional love. It is society that places these fears and conditioning on our children. It would be interesting to know what would happen if a child’s pineal gland wasn’t effected by its environment and was allowed to develop, grow and be activated.

The Dream of the Planet Part 2

The Dream of the Planet [Part 2]
There is another part of us that receives the judgments, and this part is called the Victim. The
Victim carries the blame, the guilt, and the shame.

Our childhood beliefs are based on a belief system that we never chose to believe. These beliefs
are so strong, that even years later when we are exposed to new concepts and try to make our
own decisions, we find that these beliefs still control our lives.

Breaking the rules in the Book of Law opens your emotional wounds. Even if the Book of Law is
wrong, it makes you feel safe. Our belief system is the Book of Laws that rules our personal
dream. All these laws exist in our mind, we believe them, and the Judge inside us bases
everything on these rules.

True justice is paying only once for each mistake. True injustice is paying more than once for
each mistake. The human is the only animal on earth that pays a thousand times for the same
mistake. Every tie we remember a mistake, we judge ourselves again, we are guilty gain, and
we punish ourselves again, and again, and again.

How many times do we make our spouse, our children, or our parents pay for the same
mistake?

The Judge in the mind is wrong because the belief system, the Book o Law, is wrong. Ninety-five
percent of the beliefs we have stored in our minds are nothing but lies, and we suffer because
believe all these lies.

Every human has his or her personal dream, and just like the society dream, it is often ruled by
fear. The same fears manifest in different ways for each person but we experience anger,
jealousy, hate, envy, and other negative emotions.

All of humanity is searching for truth, justice, and beauty. We don’t see the truth because we
are blind. What blinds us are all those false beliefs we have in our mind. We have the need to
be right and to make others wrong. Our beliefs set us up for suffering.

To be alive is the biggest fear humans have. Death is not the biggest fear we have; the biggest
fear is taking the risk to be alive – the risk to be alive and express what we really are. We have
learned to live our life trying to satisfy other people’s demands. We have learned to live by
other people’s points of view because of the fear f not being accepted and of not being good
enough for someone else.

During the process of domestication we create an image of how we should be in order to be
accepted by everybody. We create this image, but this image is not real. We are never going to
be perfect from this point of view.

Not being perfect, we reject ourselves. We are not good enough for ourselves because we don’t
fit with our own image of perfection. We feel false, frustrated, and dishonest. The result is that
we feel unauthentic and wear social masks to keep others from noticing this. We are so afraid
that somebody else will notice that we are not what we pretend o be. We judge others
according tour image of perfection as well, and they naturally fall short of our expectations.
Humans punish themselves endlessly for not being what they believe they should be. Nobody
ever abusesus more than we abuse ourselves, and it is the Judge, the Victim, and the belief
systems that make us do this.

We have the need o be accepted and loved by others, but we cannot accept and love ourselves.
The more self-love we have, the less we will experience selfabuse. Selfabuse comes from self-rejection, and self-rejection comes from having an image of what it means to be perfect and
never measuring up to that ideal.

There are thousands of agreements you have made with yourself, with other people, with your
dream of life, with God, with society, with your parents, with your spouse, with your children.
But the most important agreements are the ones you made with yourself. In these agreements
you tell yourself who you are, what you feel, what you believe, and how to behave.

If you want to life a life of joy and fulfillment, you have to find the courage to break those
agreements that are fear-based and claim your personal power. Our personal power is
dissipated by all the agreements we have created, and the result is that we feel powerless.

If we can see it is our agreements, which rule our life, and we don’t like the dream of our life, w
need to change the agreements. When we are finally ready to change our agreements, there
are four very powerful agreements that will help us break those agreements that come from
fear and deplete our energy.

If you adopt these four new agreements, they will create enough personal power or you to
change the entire system of your old agreements.

If you can begin to live your life with these agreements, the transformation in your life will be
amazing.

Domestication and Dream of the Planet

level your life
The Dream of the Planet

Dreaming is the main function of the mind, and the mind dreams twenty-four hours a day.

Before we were born the humans before us created a big outside dream that we will call
society’s dream or the dream of the planet.

The dream of the planet is the collective dream of billions of smaller, personal dreams. This
includes all of society’s rules, its beliefs, its religions, its different cultures and way to be, its
governments, schools, social events, and holidays.

The outside dream has so many rules that when a new human is born, we hook the child’s
attention and introduce these rules to his or her mind
.
Attention is the ability we have to discriminate and to focus only on that which we want to
perceive. The adults around us hooked our attention and put information into our minds
through repetition. That is the way we leaned everything we know.

We learned how to behave in society: what to believe and what not to believe; what is
acceptable and what is not acceptable; what is good and what is bad; what is beautiful and
what is ugly; what is right and what is wrong.

Our parents, teachers, and siblings were all trying to hook your attention. We also learn to hook
the attention of other humans, and we develop a need for attention, which can become
competitive. The need for attention becomes very strong and continues into adulthood.

The outside dream hooks our attention and teaches us what to believe, beginning with the
language we speak. Language is the code for understanding and communication between
humans. Every letter, every word in each language is an agreement. Once we understand the
code, our attention is hooked and the energy is transferred from one person to another.

As children, we didn’t have the opportunity to choose our beliefs, but we agreed with the
information that was passed to us from the dream of the planet through other humans. The
only way to store information is by agreement. As soon as we agree, we believe it, and this is
called faith. To have faith is to believe unconditionally.

That’s how we learn as children. Children believe everything adults say. The result is surrender
to the beliefs with our agreement.

This process is the domestication of humans. And through this
domestication we learn to live and how to dream. And we also learn to judge: We judge
ourselves, judge other people, and judge the neighbors.

We train our children whom we love so much the same way we train any domesticated animal:
with a system of punishment and reward. When we went against the rules we were punished;
when we went along with the rules we got a reward. Soon we became afraid of being punished
and also afraid of not receiving the reward. The reward is the attention that we got from
others. We soon develop a need to hook other people’s attention in order to get the reward.

With that fear of being punished and that fear of not getting the reward, we start pretending to
be what we are not, just to please others, just to be good enough for someone else. We are
afraid of being rejected. The fear of being rejected becomes the fear of not being good enough.
Eventually we become someone that we are not.

All our normal tendencies are lost in the process of domestication.

The domestication is so strong that at a certain point in our life we no longer need anyone to
domesticate us. We are so well trained that we are our own domesticator. We can now
domesticate ourselves according to the same belief system we were given, and using the same
punishment and reward. The belief system is like a Book of Law that rules our mind. We base all
of our judgments according to the book of Law.

The inner Judge uses what is in our Book of Law to judge everything we do and don’t do,
everything we think and don’t think, and everything we feel and don’t feel. Everything lives
under the tyranny of this judge.

Applying the [universal] Law of Dharma

Applying the [universal] Law of Dharma

[APPLYING THE LAW OF “DHARMA” OR PURPOSE IN LIFE]

I will put the Law of Dharma into effect by making a commitment to take the following
steps:

(1) Today I will lovingly nurture the god or goddess in embryo that lies deep within my
soul. I will pay attention to the spirit within me that animates both my body and my mind.
I will awaken myself to this deep stillness within my heart.
I will carry the consciousness of timeless, eternal Being in the midst of time-bound experience.

(2) I will make a list of my unique talents. Then I will list all the things that I love to do while
expressing my unique talents. When 1 express my unique talents and use them in the
service of humanity, I lose track of time and create abundance in my life as well as in
the lives of others.

(3) I will ask myself daily, “How can I serve?” and “How can I help?” The answers to these
questions will allow me to help and serve my fellow human beings with love.

Back to [The Apotheosis]

Applying the universal Law of Least Effort

Applying the [universal] Law of Least Effort

I will put the Law of Least Effort into effect by making a commitment to take the following
steps:

(1) I will practice Acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and
events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole
universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling
against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are
this moment, not as I wish they were.

(2) Having accepted things as they are, I will take Responsibility for my situation and for
all those events I see as problems. I know that taking responsibility means not blaming
anyone or anything for my situation (and this includes myself). I also know that every
problem is an opportunity in disguise, and this alertness to opportunities allows me to
take this moment and transform it into a greater benefit.

(3) Today my awareness will remain established in Defenselessness. I will relinquish the
need to defend my point of view. I will feel no need to convince or persuade others to
accept my point of view. I will remain open to all points of view and not be rigidly
attached to any one of them.

Back to [The Apotheosis]

Applying the Law of Cause and Effect

Applying the [universal] Law of Cause and Effect

I will put the Law of Karma into effect by making a commitment to take the following
steps:

(1) Today I will witness the choices I make in each moment. And in the mere witnessing of
these choices, I will bring them to my conscious awareness. I will know that the best
way to prepare for any moment in the future is to be fully conscious in the present.
(2) Whenever I make a choice, I will ask myself two questions: “What are the consequences
of this choice that I’m making?” and “Will this choice bring fulfillment and
happiness to me and also to those who are affected by this choice?”
(3) I will then ask my heart for guidance and be guided by its message of comfort or
discomfort. If the choice feels comfortable, I will plunge ahead with abandon. If the
choice feels uncomfortable, I will pause and see the consequences of my action with
my inner vision. This guidance will enable me to make spontaneously correct choices
for myself and for all those around me.

The 4th Agreement

The 4th Agreement [Always do Your Best]

Always do Your Best .....

_________________________________________________________

Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy
as opposed to sick. Under any circumstances do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment,
self-abuse, and regret.

This agreement allows the other three to become deeply ingrained habits. The fourth
agreement is about the action of the first three: Always do your best.

Keep in mind that your best is never going to be the same from one moment to the next. Your
best will sometimes be high quality, and other times it will not be as good.

Your best will also change over time. As you build the habit of the four agreements, your best
will become better than it used to be.

Just do your best – in any circumstance of your life. If you always do your best then there is no
way you can judge yourself. And if you don’t judge yourself there is no way you are going to
suffer from guilt, blame, and self-punishment. By always doing your best, you will break a big
spell that you have been under.

Doing your best, you are going to live your life intensely. When you always do your best, you
will take action. Doing your best is taking the action because you love it, not because you’re
expecting a reward. If you take action just for the sake of doing it, without expecting a reward,
you will find that you enjoy every action you do. Rewards will come, but you are not attached
to the reward. If we like what we do, if we always do our best, then we are really enjoying life.
We are having fun, we don’t get bored, and we don’t have frustrations.

It is not an easy agreement to keep, but this agreement is really going to set you free.

When you do your best you learn to accept yourself. But you have to be aware and learn from
your mistakes. Learning from your mistakes means you practice, look honestly at the results,
and keep practicing. This increases your awareness.

Taking action is being alive. It’s taking the risk to go out and express your dream.

The first three agreements will only work if you do your best. By doing your best, the habits of
misusing your word, taking things personally, and making assumptions will become weaker and
less frequent with time.

If you do your best always, over and over again, you will become a master of transformation.
Everything you have ever learned, you learned through repetition. Action is what makes the
difference.

If you break an agreement, begin again tomorrow, and again the next day. Some day you will
discover that you are ruling your life with these Four Agreements. Just live one day at a time
and stay in the present moment.

[The Four Agreements ]

The 3rd Agreement

The 3rd Agreement [Don´t make Assumptions]

Don’t Make Assumptions........

Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with
others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one
agreement, you can completely transform your life.

We have our tendency to make assumptions about everything. The problem with making
assumptions is that we believe they are the truth.

Whenever we make assumptions, we’re asking for problems. We make an assumption, we
misunderstand, we take it personally, and we end up creating a whole big drama for nothing.

The whole world of control between humans is about making assumptions and taking things
personally.

Because we are afraid to ask for clarification, we make assumptions, and we believe we are
right about the assumptions; then we defend our assumptions and try to make someone else
wrong. It is always better to ask questions than to make an assumption, because assumptions
set us up for suffering.

It is always better to ask questions than to make an assumption. In any kind of relationship we
can make the assumption that others know what we think, and we don’t have to say what we
want. They are going to do what we want because they know us so well. If they don’t do what
we want, what we assume they should do, we feel hurt. A whole drama is created because we
make this assumption and then put more assumptions on top of it.

The human mind needs to justify everything, to explain and understand everything, in order to
feel safe. We have millions of questions that need answers because there are so many things
that the reasoning mind can’t explain. It is not important if the answer is correct; just the
answer itself makes us feel safe. This is why we make assumptions.

Even if we hear something and we don’t understand, we make assumptions about what it
means and then believe the assumptions. We make all sorts of assumptions because we don’t
have the courage to ask questions.

These assumptions are made so fast and unconsciously most of the time because we have
agreements to communicate this way. We have agreed that it is not safe to ask questions; we
have agreed that if people love us, they should know what we want or how we feel. When we
believe something, we assume we are right about it to the point that we will destroy
relationships in order to defend our positions.

We make the assumption that everyone sees life he way we do. We assume that others think
the way we think, feel the way we feel, judge the way we judge, and abuse the way we abuse.
This is the biggest assumption that humans make.

We also make assumptions about ourselves, and this creates a lot of inner conflict.

Just imagine the day you stop making assumptions with your partner and eventually with
everyone else in your life. Your way of communicating will change completely, and your
relationships will no longer suffer from conflicts by mistaken assumptions.

The way to keep yourself from making assumptions is to ask questions. Make sure the
communication is clear. Have the courage to ask the questions until you are clear as you can be,
and then do not assume you know all there is to know about a given situation. Once you hear
the answer, you will not have to make assumptions because you will know the truth.

Without making assumptions your word becomes impeccable.

With clear communications, all your relationships will change

Becoming aware of these habits and understanding the importance of this agreement is the
first step. What will really make a difference is action. After many repetitions these new
agreements will become second nature.

By making this one agreement a habit, your whole life will be completely transformed

Back to [The Apotheosis]

[The Four Agreements ]

The 2nd Agreement

The 2nd Agreement - [Don´t take anything personally]

Don’t Take Anything Personally...........

________________________________________________________________

Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality,
their own dream. When you are immune to the options and actions of others, you won’t be the
victim of needless suffering.

The next three agreements are really born from the first agreement. The second agreement is
don’t take anything personally.

Personal importance, or taking things personally, is the maximum expression of selfishness
because we make the assumption that everything is about “me”. During the period of our
domestication, we learn to take everything personally. We think we are responsible for
everything.

Nothing other people do is because of you. It is because of themselves. Even when a situation
seems so personal, even if others insult you directly, it has nothing to do with you. The opinions
they give are according to the agreements they have in their own minds. Their point of view
comes from all the programming they received during domestication.

When you take things personally, then you feel offended, and your reaction is to defend your
beliefs and create conflicts. You make something big out of something so little, because you
have the need to be right and make everybody else wrong. You also try hard to be right by
giving them your own opinions. Whatever you feel and do is just a projection of your own
personal dream, a reflection of your own agreements.

It is not important to me what you think about, and I don’t take what you think personally. I
know what I am. I don’t have the need to be accepted. Others are going to have their own
opinion according to their belief system, so nothing they think about me is really about me, but
it is about them.

Whatever people do, feel, think, or say, don’t take it personally. If they tell you how wonderful
you are, they are no saying that because of you. You know you are wonderful. It is not
necessary to believe other people who tell you that you are wonderful.

Even the opinions you have about yourself are not necessarily true; therefore, you don’t need
to take whatever you hear in your own mind personally.

There may be times when you have ideas that don’t originate in your mind, but you are
perceiving them with your mind. We have a choice whether or not to believe the voices we
hear within our own minds, just as we have a choice of what to believe and agree with in the
dream of the planet.

When you make it a strong habit not to take anything personally, you avoid many aspects in
your life. Your anger, jealousy, and envy will disappear, and even your sadness will simply
disappear if you don’t take things personally.

You can see how important this agreement is. Taking nothing personally helps you to break
many habits and routines that trap you in the dream of hell and cause needless suffering. Just
by practicing this second agreement you begin to break dozens of teeny, tiny, agreements that
cause you to suffer. And if you practice the first two agreements, you will break seventy-five
percent of the teeny, tiny agreements that keep you trapped.

As you make a habit of not taking anything personally, you will only need to place your trust in
what others say or do. You will only need to trust your-self to make responsible choices.

[Prologue] -Preparations for the Journey

Even a journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step

LYL can be thought of as a spiritual journey that combines physical and mental activities.Unlike most physical sojourns, where you depart and arrive at a predetermined destination, the journey in LYL is one of continously new and exciting physical, mental, and spiritual beginnings and lifelong positive change. This journey has no final destination because you will be evolving and transforming constanty, thinking in new ways about how you work and play. By shifting your attitudes and beliefs about what is possible in your world, you will be able to redefine your potential, which is really unlimited, and unluck the extraordinary powers of your body-mind.

The qualities of LYL applied to your life enable you to notice and develop the inner strengths and personal qualities that can help you get into the mindset for extraordinary performance. It can help you learn how to react more harmoniously with the demanding situations you constantly face in life. In becoming a LYL-Player , you expand your repertoire of skills to meet the challenges of performance. LYL training provides you with a true understanding of "the game" , one that goes beyond the mere mechanical, routine ways - a much more dynamic, aware approach to overall excellence and success.

A LYL-Player´s journey can be compared to the sacred path of the warrior, the heroic voyages in Homer´s ancient epics, Native American Indion vision quest, or Carlos Castaneda´s envisioning of the impeccable warrior. Such warriors developed and exercised inner strength, integrity, and indepndence, but they also fought for a higher good beyond their own self-interest. LYL-Players,too, are ultimately in control of their destiny.
They create inner and outer goals and strive to develop the skills to accomplish them - without seeking to destroy their competitors.

The LYL-Player

~ is individualistic
~has courage to risk failure, learn from setbacks, and forge ahead;
~possesses a multidimensional approach to competition;
~focuses on how the game is placed (process) as opposed to outcomes (product);
~uses the event to gain greater self-realization:
~trains the mind to see through the complexity of outer trappings of life into its essence;
~knows his or her vulnerabilities and trains to strenghten them
~creates balance,moderation, and simplicity when possible;
~sees competitors as partners who facilitate improvement
~sees success as one part of the process of life
~understands that performance is a roller coaster and has the patience to ride the ups and downs
~blends with forces so as not to create counterforce;
~has vision, and dreams things into possibilities and
~enjoys life for the pleasure it gives.

The direction LYL provides for you will facilitate your journey on this inner heroic path.
It will help you create passion in your practice of extraordinary performance.
It can help you redefine your athletic, cognitive and human abilities+potential to take you to new levels of achievement. Your daily routine can become a way to practice that positive, holisitc attitude of the seeker.

When you align with the principles of LYL in all things, you hold the key to joy, success, and fulfillment in whatever you do. Following these principles requires no special knowledge or learning, you simply need to try to follow the laws of nature.
For example, we fight against making mistakes. But mistakes are a natural process,to be alive is to make mistakes. To align with the way of LYL, try to consider mistakes as nature´s lessons from which you can learn, recover your energies, and forge ahead. Setbacks are natural and inevitable. They are gifts that provide opportunities to improve your performance.

By playing LYL you will learn to develop a conscious awareness of the laws of nature, act in accordance with them, and in the process evolve as a more empowered, successful being on all levels.
LYL will help you discover your true dynamic self and your inner integrity.

Addon: 25-Day-Process - Breaking all Habits

This simple exercise can help you to expand your consciousness in regards to your habits.
We encourage you to try it during your 25-Day-(cleansing)process
Break all habits | Level Your Life

Examine and break all habits. Do this for a day, a week or however
long it takes. Stop all habitual behavior, good or bad. When you have looked at and honestly
examined each habit, asked yourself why you do it. Is it because parents, society, peers
expect it or taught you to act or feel in this manner? How many behavior patterns have you
adopted because your parents did them and their parents before them? Have you stopped and
thought if those choices (given the current state of affairs on a personal and social level and
taking personally accumulated knowledge into consideration) are still valid to you? Then
decide that you will discard that habit or continue with it for no other reason than because it
is your choice and it feels good to you.

I will use the eating of meat as an example because it is one of the most densifying
substances that we can ingest on our vibrational frequency. (It has been my personal
experience that the finer tuned our vibrational frequency, the finer and better quality our life
experiences.)
Many of us eat meat simply because it has been fed to us from birth. If we had to go
and slaughter, skin and gut an animal to prepare for food, many of us would seriously
consider other well-known alternatives as a protein source. These comments are made not in
judgment, but as a reference for how we often continue choices that may not be in our best
interest simply because we have not stopped to question other alternatives. Many choices are
simply habitual.

If we wish to improve the quality of our lives, we should stop all our habits, and after
an in-depth analysis, accept only those that we find to be the most positive for us. This
would be a great start.

Energy Levels

[Energy Levels]

Over the years of this study, millions of calibrations have defined a range of values accurately corresponding to well recognized set of attitutdes and emotions ,localized by specific attractor energy fields, much as electromagnetic fields gather iron fillings.

We have adapted the following classification of these energy fields
so as to be easily comprehensible, as well as clinically acurate.

It´s very important to remember that the calibration figures do not represent an arithmetic, but a logarithmic, progression. Thus, the level 300 is not twice the amplitude of 150; it is 10 to the 300th power !
An increase of even a few points represents a major advance in power; the rate of increase in power as we move up the scale is enormous.

The ways the various levels of human consciousness express themselves are profound and far-reaching;
their effects are both gross and subtle. All levels below 200 are destructive of life in both the individualand society at large; all levels above 200 are constructive expressions of power.
The decisive level of 200 is the fulcrum that divides the general areas of force and power.

In describing the emotional correlates of the energy fields of consciousness, keep in mind that they´re rarely manifested as pure states in an inidividual. Levels of consciousness are always mixed; a person may operate on one level in a given are of life and on quite another level in another area.
An individual´s overall energy level is the sum total effect of these various levels.

The Prologue

Enjoy your journey to your full potential

We all participate in cycles of change.
We understand the cyclic transformation of all aspects of life as a process of constant movement.
This process is LYL - the business of our many ways of being in this world.

We wish to offer you a visual and kinetic language that will enable you to use your body and your mind as participants in a creative process, to become the best you can be and level up your life.
LYL is a whole-brain and body activity. To be "good" in it requires the presence and participation of your mind, body, and spirit in total synchronization, with the spontaneity and centered awareness attributed to ancient sages.

The ultimate LYL-Gamer is a "cosmic dancer," an "acrobat of God".

LYL strifes to be an ineffable open concept, the most profound and purest simplicity of being, in accordance with nature - the watercourse way.

The everyday expression for "business" in Chinese, shen yi, is literally "the meaning of life/living". It is truly our business to make sure that our lives have meaning.

Once you have found out which meaning that is supposed to be you can start your game of LYL.

LYL is indeed the new game in town, the timely and worldly juxtaposition and synthesis of the mind and the body.

This journey is dedicated to everyone who strifes to improve our world.
